Agreement to Terms

By remaining on this website or/and by purchasing any of our products you agree to these terms of service. In these terms "we" and "us" refers to FyreHost. For any questions or concerns regarding these terms please contact us at support@fyrehost.net


Returns and Refunds

All purchases are digital and final. No refunds or returns will be given. If you chargeback your service will be suspended immediately and you will not receive a refund. If your payment fails there is a 5 day grace period before your server will be suspended.


Server Usage

If you purchase server hosting you may only use the server to host a the specific service purchased unless given explicit permission by us. We do offer unmetered storage, but any abuse of this unmetered storage as stated later in this section will lead to your server and account being terminated immediately with no refund.
Rules for unmetered Storage:
1. Storage may only be used if needed for your service.
2. Hosting that is purchased for the sole purpose of storing data is not allowed.


Privacy

FyreHost never sells your data. We use Cloudflare and Google anonymous analytics to make your experience better.


Uptime

We garuntee a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA. This means that if you are unable to access your service and we are at fault, it is considered downtime. For downtimes over 24 hours, a full refund will be given. For downtimes less than 24 hours a refund will be given as a percentage of the hosting you ordered. Examples: 8 hour downtime -> 8/24 * Price of service you ordered.


Discord Rules

Violation of any of our Discord rules shown below will result in a termination of your account and server with no refund.
Discord Rules:
1. Follow the Discord Community Guidelines here: https://discord.com/guidelines
2. No DM advertising allowed.
3. No advertising in our server is allowed.


Prices

All fees and taxes are calculated and shown during checkout on the Stripe or PayPal checkout page. The Stripe fees are 2.9% of the price + 30 cents. The PayPal fees are 3.49% of the price + 49 cents.


Host Responsibility

FyreHost is not responsible for any of the users actions. Any illegal activities will cause immediate termination of your account and purchased services.


Usage Policy

By using this service you agree that you are over the age of 16. Your server must be used for what you purchased. (e.i. No Cryptocurrency mining).
